Worldwide Shipping

Vantage Labs ships to most countries worldwide. It is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm that the products they are ordering are legal to import in their destination country. We are not liable for orders seized or delayed by customs authorities.

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost is calculated on the order subtotal after any applicable discounts (e.g. the 5% crypto discount) are applied.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Crypto and Zelle payments are confirmed once cleared — this typically takes a few hours for Zelle and up to 1 network confirmation for crypto. Card orders process immediately.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery windows are estimates and depend on the destination country and local postal service. Vantage Labs is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada / UK / EU: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No product names, logos, or descriptions appear on the outside of any parcel. Inner packaging includes cold-chain materials appropriate to the contents to preserve compound integrity during transit.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for all orders once dispatched. You will receive an update via the contact method you provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us directly.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, contact us via WhatsApp or text message. We handle these cases individually and will work with you to make it right. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are seized by customs or refused at the border.

Export Compliance

All shipments from Vantage Labs originate from the United States and are subject to U.S. export control laws, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) and sanctions programs administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not ship to countries, entities, or individuals subject to U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes.

By placing an international order, you represent that: (a) you are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to a U.S. trade embargo; (b) you are not on any U.S. government restricted parties list; and (c) the products will not be re-exported in violation of U.S. law.

Returns

Due to the nature of research compounds (temperature sensitivity and regulatory considerations), we do not accept returns on opened or shipped products. If there is a quality issue with your order — wrong item, damaged product, or a purity concern — contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it.
