Frequently asked questions
Ordering, payment, shipping, certificates and how we handle research-use compounds. If your question isn't here, message us and we'll answer it directly.
What does "research use only" mean?
Every product we supply is intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and controlled research use. Our compounds are not for human or animal consumption, not for use in food, drugs, medical devices or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
By ordering you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and that all use will take place within a compliant, controlled research environment.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory, and the resulting Certificate of Analysis is published on this site. Certificates are added as testing completes, and each one is tied to a specific lot number rather than to the product in general.
How do I verify the batch I received?
Each vial carries a batch code printed on its label. Enter that code on our verification page and the certificate for that exact lot will open.
If a code doesn't resolve, don't use the material — contact us first and we'll look into it.
What purity standard do you hold?
We supply at a 99% or greater purity standard, confirmed by independent third-party analysis rather than by our own say-so. The supporting documentation is published so you can check the figure against evidence instead of taking it on trust.
How can I pay?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Cash App. Once you place an order we'll email payment instructions. Orders are held as pending until payment is confirmed, then move to paid and ship.
You can follow that status on your account page.
How long does shipping take, and is it discreet?
Orders ship once payment clears. Packaging is plain and unbranded on the outside — nothing on the parcel identifies the contents or the supplier.
Timings and courier details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilized peptides should be kept sealed, cool and out of direct light until used in the laboratory. Storage guidance for each compound accompanies its batch documentation.
Follow your own institution's handling and storage protocols — they take precedence over general guidance.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. We supply in volume to laboratories, research groups and resellers. Tell us which compounds you need, roughly what quantities and how often, and we'll come back to you with pricing — usually within one business day.
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or place an order. Date of birth is collected at checkout for age verification only.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout needs no account and no password.
If you'd like to look up a past order, enter the email you used at checkout on the account page and we'll send a one-time sign-in link. Still no password.
Is there a discount for ordering again?
Yes. Order again with the same email address and a returning-customer discount applies automatically at checkout — no code needed.
Discounts don't stack. If you also enter a promotional code, whichever is better for you is the one applied.
What's your refund policy?
Which items can be returned and the conditions that apply are set out in full in our Refund Policy. If something arrived damaged or a batch code doesn't verify, contact us straight away and we'll sort it out.
Still have a question?
Message us directly — we reply fast, and you'll be talking to someone who knows the batch.
